Booking Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 pppw (or part week) is required together with Holiday Cancellation Insurance at £5.00 per adult and £3.00 per child, per week. Your deposit will be credited to your account.

The offer of any room is subject to the room being available on receipt of the completed booking form and your deposit.
No allowance can be made for meals not taken or rooms not occupied for the full period of the booking.

Holiday Cancellation Scheme

In the event of cancellation of your booking we make every effort to re-let the accommodation. However, if we are unable to do so you can be held legally liable for two thirds of the total cost of booking. We have a special holiday cancellation scheme whereby you may cover your liability to the hotel if cancellation is made and by means of this cancellation scheme, no further charges will be incurred.

All guests are advised to participate and these charges should be added to your deposit when booking.
